Pilates is a method that trains and helps the body, mind, and spirit through controlled movements created by Joseph Pilates. His practice provides us with a stylized, strong and flexible body that makes you more agile in the activities of daily living accompanied by a feeling of well-being. In the past, the Pilates method was more known among dancers and celebrities, but today it is recognized around the World. Pilates’ success is that all its exercises are low impact and allows us to get in shape, relieve injuries and train the whole body in a pleasant, challenging and different way.
